Clay Center had already won 19 in a row and they went ahead and made it 20 on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Trinity Academy Knights.

Lily Edwards paced Clay Center's offense, picking up 15 kills. Edwards got some help from Raicee Lipker and her 25 assists. Addy Pladson controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Clay Center's win bumped their record up to 34-2. As for Trinity Academy, they moved to 21-5 with that defeat, which also ended their seven-match winning streak.

Looking ahead, Clay Center will challenge Concordia at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The last four games the Panthers have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Trinity Academy, they will square off against Cheney at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
