Mountain Lakes's game on Friday was all tied up 22-22 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They snuck past the Parsippany Redhawks with a 50-45 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Lakers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Parsippany's loss came despite strong showings from David Niedermaier and Thomas Niedermaier. David posted 15 points and seven rebounds, while Thomas went 6 of 12 on his way to 18 points. Justin Zitelli was another key player, putting up two points in addition to five boards and three steals.

Mountain Lakes now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Parsippany, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mountain Lakes has already played their next match (against Morris Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Parsippany will venture away from home to challenge Parsippany Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Parsippany is facing Parsippany Hills at the right time seeing as Parsippany Hills is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
