Football Recap: Lunenburg Takes a Loss

Lunenburg lost against Tyngsborough back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Blue Knights were beaten by the Tigers 44-14.

Lunenburg dropped their record down to 2-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Tyngsborough, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lunenburg will face off against Abby Kelley Foster at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Tyngsborough, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Narragansett Regional at 6:00 p.m. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Warriors have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
