Volleyball Game Preview: Trinity Shamrocks vs. Millersburg Indians

The Trinity Shamrocks are taking a road trip to challenge the Millersburg Indians at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday. Millersburg took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Trinity, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Trinity made easy work of New Covenant Christian and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Shamrocks.

While Trinity won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-23, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Millersburg entered their game against Cedar Cliff on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Indians came up short against the Colts, falling 3-0. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Trinity's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Millersburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Trinity was able to grind out a solid win over Millersburg when the teams last played two weeks ago, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Shamrocks since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
