Volleyball Recap: Grace Christian Academy Falls Short of Gardner-South Wilmington in the Playoffs

Grace Christian Academy and Gardner-South Wilmington squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Grace Christian Academy had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Panthers. The Crusaders have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Gardner-South Wilmington found their leader in sophomore Lily Buck, who had six digs and four aces.

Grace Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Gardner-South Wilmington, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-16.

Grace Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gardner-South Wilmington, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Dwight on the 30th.
