Soccer Game Preview: Atlantic vs. University

The Atlantic Sharks will take on the University Titans in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Atlantic's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Atlantic fell victim to Deltona and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Wolves.

Meanwhile, University kept a clean sheet against DeLand on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Bulldogs. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Titans were the better team in the second half.

Atlantic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for University, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
