Tri-Valley won the last time they faced Williams Valley and things went their way on Monday too. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 14-4 win. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won seven contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Tri-Valley and bumps their season record up to 13-3. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5 runs in those games. As for Williams Valley, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Looking ahead, Tri-Valley will head out on the road to take on Halifax at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Williams Valley, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Schuylkill Haven at 4:30 p.m. The Hurricanes' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Vikings' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
