South Lyon entered their tilt with Walled Lake Western on Saturday with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Kennedy Duncan paced South Lyon's offense, picking up ten kills. Duncan got some help from Lucy Stoll and her 18 assists. Duncan also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Mia Provagna, each putting up two.

South Lyon's win bumped their record up to 34-8. As for Walled Lake Western, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 16 of their last 17 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-21 record this season.
