Football Recap: Farmersville Aztecs vs. Tranquillity Tigers        
        
		
             Farmersville had to endure  a  ten-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Tranquillity Tigers by a score of  33-26  on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Aztecs considering their six-point performance the  matchup before.
  Heleno Saucedo was a one-man wrecking crew for Farmersville as he rushed for 159 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries. The dominant performance gave him a new career- in  total yards.  Ziler Almanza was another key player, rushing for 162 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries.
 The  victory  got Farmersville back to even at 1-1. As for Tranquillity,  they are  on  a  nine-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Farmersville will head out to  square off against Avenal  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Farmersville is no doubt hoping to put an end to  a six-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. As for Tranquillity, they will get a bit of extra time to process the  loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sierra at 7:30  p.m.  on September 20th.
