Soccer Game Preview: Tri-Valley vs. Marian Catholic

The Tri-Valley Bulldogs will face off against Marian Catholic at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Tri-Valley has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 27 goals over their last three matchups.

On Thursday, Tri-Valley made easy work of Williams Valley and carried off an 8-1 victory. Nathan Hillard was a massive factor in the win as he booted in six goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Marian Catholic's offense. They lost 9-0 to Our Lady of Lourdes Regional on Wednesday. Marian Catholic hasn't had much luck with Our Lady of Lourdes Regional recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Tri-Valley has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those five matches. As for Marian Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-12.
