Basketball Recap: Dodson Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Saco/Whitewater/Hinsdale, Dodson was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They rang in the new year with a 42-30 win over the Nashua Porcupines. For the Coyotes, this counts as revenge for the 70-54 victory the Porcupines walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Dodson's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Junior Stiffarm, who posted 17 points. Donovan Posey was another key player, putting up eight points.

Dodson's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-3. As for Nashua, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Dodson will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Harlem at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Nashua, they will head out to take on Circle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
