Football Recap: South Laurel Comes Up Short

After flying high against Southwestern last Friday, South Laurel came back down to earth. The Cardinals received a blow on Friday as they fell 21-3 to the North Laurel Jaguars. The game marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

South Laurel's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for North Laurel, their record is now 7-2.

South Laurel does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Laurel, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wayne County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
