Soccer Recap: Lakeview Comes Up Short

Lakeview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Aurora Huskies, falling 5-1. The game was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Lakeview struggled afterwards.

Their goal came courtesy of Adan Ramirez, who's now up to two this season.

Lakeview's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Aurora, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Lakeview has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Beatrice on the 7th. As for Aurora, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-2 loss against Kearney Catholic on the 8th.
