Football Recap: Northeast Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were dealt a 44-12 loss at the hands of the Mount Juliet Golden Bears. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 24-0.

Jamarion Green threw for 111 yards on ten of 15 attempts. On the ground, Harold 'Trey' Marshall Iii rushed for 30 yards and one score.

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Mount Juliet, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Coming up, Northeast will welcome Henry County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mount Juliet, they will head out to take on Gallatin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
