Southern Nash strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Fike Golden Demons by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 on September 2nd.

Macy Strickland paced Southern Nash's offense, picking up 12 kills. Strickland got some help from Abigail Marks and her 34 assists. Olivia Ordess controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Southern Nash's victory bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Fike, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.

Southern Nash didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Bunn on the 29th. As for Fike, they will face off against North Johnston at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
