Basketball Recap: Cascia Hall Proves Higher State Rank Is No Mistake

Cascia Hall won the last time they faced Rejoice Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cascia Hall Commandos walked away with a 64-57 victory over the Rejoice Christian Eagles. Given the Commandos' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked seventh, while the Eagles are ranked 180th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cascia Hall's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3. As for Rejoice Christian, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cascia Hall will face off against Heritage Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cascia Hall knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Heritage Hall likes a good challenge. Rejoice Christian has already played their next match (against Holland Hall), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
