Basketball Recap: Harrison County Comes Up Short

Harrison County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a hard 60-44 fall against the Pendleton County Wildcats. The Thorobreds/Fillies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2025.

Harrison County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Pendleton County, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Harrison County is set to take on their familiar foe Nicholas County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pendleton County will challenge rival Robertson County at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
