Basketball Game Preview: Tecumseh Indians vs. Roosevelt Bears

The Tecumseh Indians are taking a road trip to challenge the Roosevelt Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Last Friday, Tecumseh came up short against Jackson and fell 41-31. The loss continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. The game between them and Trenton didn't end well, with Roosevelt falling 51-35. While losing is never fun, the Bears can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 655th, while the Trojans are ranked 250th).

Tecumseh's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Roosevelt, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-20.
