Blackman put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past the Nolensville Knights to the tune of 41-7. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-0.

Blackman can attribute much of their success to Jaevion Elliott, who rushed for 34 yards and one touchdown, and also picked up 39 receiving yards.

Blackman's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Nolensville, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Blackman will square off against LaVergne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blaze will be up against the Wolverines' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33 points per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Nolensville, they will challenge Tullahoma at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
