Volleyball Recap: Chicago University Takes a Loss

Chicago University lost against Evergreen Park back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Maroons fell 2-0 to the Mustangs.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-15.

Keani Harris paced Chicago University's offense, picking up three kills. Harris were helped by Gigi Wood and Leah Russell, who contributed three assists each.

Leading Evergreen Park to victory were Madison Majka and Tess Lee. Majka had 11 digs and three aces, while Lee had four aces and three digs.

Chicago University's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Chicago University will face off against DePaul College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Evergreen Park, they will challenge Noble Street College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
