Volleyball Recap: Questa Has No Trouble Against Penasco

It was a proper cat-fight when Questa duked it out with Penasco on Thursday. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won seven in a row.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-4, 25-5.

Jocelyne Ortega went supernova, getting 13 digs and eight aces. Those eight aces gave her a new career-high. Hailey Rael was another key player, getting four digs and three aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Questa was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 21 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Questa's record is now 18-4. As for Penasco, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-18.
