After low-scoring totals in their previous four contests, O'Fallon brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They never let the Marquette Catholic Explorers get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Saturday. The Panthers not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since April 30, 2024.

Not much got past Kennedy Clark, who gave up just six hits and racked up eight Ks to keep Marquette Catholic off the board.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Ella Klino, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.

O'Fallon hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They are 2-1 when they post two or more strikeouts.

With the victory, O'Fallon broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-8. As for Marquette Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: O'Fallon beat the Explorers by a score of 16-7 later that day.
