Century is a perfect 4-0 against Carrier Mills-Stonefort since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Centurions will host the Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

On Monday, Century came up short against Crab Orchard and fell 6-2.

Century saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lily Johnson, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Meanwhile, Carrier Mills-Stonefort also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Crab Orchard by a score of 5-1.

Century's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-8. As for Carrier Mills-Stonefort, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.

Century took their win against Carrier Mills-Stonefort when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 15-0 score. Do the Centurions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
