Columbia City waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Whitko Wildcats. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 3-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Columbia City never let Whitko on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-12, 25-23.

Columbia City's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Whitko, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Columbia City will challenge Garrett at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whitko, they will square off against Churubusco at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
