            Hugo hasn't had much luck against Kingston recently, but that could start to change  on Friday. The Buffaloes will venture away from home to  challenge the Redskins  at 7:00  p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the two teams posted some lofty  point totals in their previous games.
As a matter of fact, Hugo put up the most  points they have all season  on Friday. They put the hurt on Roland with a sharp  58-38 win. The Buffaloes pushed the score to  46-18 by the end of the third, a deficit the Rangers cut but never quite recovered from.

 Jayka Santillan continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 374 yards and four  touchdowns while completing 90.5% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-high in  passer rating (149.3).
 Hugo was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 223  rushing yards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  rushing yard total in three consecutive  contests.
 Hugo didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Kaydn Jones and  Quincy Shelton.
 Meanwhile, Kingston had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.2 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They never let the Red Devils get on the board and left with  a   42-0  victory. 42 seems to be a good number for the Redskins as the  squad scooped up a  win with the same number of  points in their previous game.
 The  victory was their first  at home , bumping their record up to 3-5. As for Kingston, their record now sits at 7-1.
 Hugo was dealt a bruising  42-14 defeat at the hands of Kingston when the teams last played  back in November of 2024. Can the Buffaloes avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
