Volleyball Recap: Calvary Christian Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Calvary Christian waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Seminole Warhawks. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Calvary Christian was: they took both sets by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-9.

Maya Talley paced Calvary Christian's offense, picking up eight kills. Talley got some help from Taylor Allcott and her 12 assists. Allcott was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Calvary Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Seminole, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Calvary Christian will welcome Community School of Naples at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Seminole, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Osceola at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
