Volleyball Recap: Union Takes a Loss

Union was the 2-1 winner over Independence when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Knights fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Union's loss dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Independence, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Union will be playing in front of their home fans against North Tama at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Independence, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Waterloo East on the 13th.
