Joseph Estes was his usual excellent self, rushing for 126 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Willie Johnson, who rushed for 26 yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Mt. Eden was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell just short of Concord by a score of 16-13.
The win made it two in a row for Arroyo and bumps their season record up to 4-1. As for Mt. Eden, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
