Softball Recap: Dallas HSAA Red Comes Up Short

Dallas HSAA Red fell victim to John Paul II and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 15-0 to the Cardinals. The Blue Angels just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Dallas HSAA Red's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for John Paul II, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season.

Dallas HSAA Red will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Parish Episcopal at 6:00 p.m. on April 25. As for John Paul II, they will take on Ursuline Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. John Paul II's pitchers better be ready for this one: Ursuline Academy has averaged an impressive 8.7 runs per game this season.
