Basketball Game Preview: York Suburban Trojans vs. New Oxford Colonials

York Suburban and New Oxford are an even 3-3 against one another since March of 2020, but not for long. The York Suburban Trojans will be playing at home against the New Oxford Colonials at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. York Suburban is coming into the match hot, having won their last seven games.

Last Friday, York Suburban didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Eastern York, but they still walked away with a 58-52 victory.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for New Oxford, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They walked away with a 52-41 win over Susquehannock on Friday.

New Oxford is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for York Suburban, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

York Suburban didn't have too much breathing room in their match against New Oxford in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 64-60 win.
