Softball Recap: Central City Value Jaguars vs. USC-MAE Trojans
After flying high against Orthopaedic on Wednesday, Central City Value came back down to earth. The Jaguars came up short against the USC-MAE Trojans on Monday, falling 28-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-4 back in April.
Mercedes Ponce and Emily Fernandez stepped up to the plate in a big way. Ponce went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double, while Fernandez got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
