Kendan Maricle was excellent, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Lee, who scored two runs while getting on base in both of his plate appearances.

Starks' victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Plainview, their record now sits at 7-9.
