Velma-Alma came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.9 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Rush Springs Redskins as they made off with a 10-2 victory. The Comets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Redskins, too.

Velma-Alma's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4.
