Nicolas Martini continued his hot streak on Monday by dropping his sixth-straight game with at least one stolen base. He scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of New Fairfield's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is undefeated (and 4-10 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Martini and New Fairfield will square off against Joel Barlow at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rebels are 8-2 against the Falcons going back to April of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
