After losing to West York Area the last time they met, Susquehannock decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Warriors walked away with an 8-5 win over the Bulldogs on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Luke Whelan looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

At the plate, Brayden Krebs was a standout: he scored a run while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Nick Bender was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Susquehannock's record is now 7-3. As for West York Area, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-5 record.

Coming up, Susquehannock is taking a road trip to square off against Spring Grove at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for West York Area, they will be playing at home against York Suburban at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
