Basketball Recap: Triangle Lake Takes a Loss

Triangle Lake suffered their closest defeat since January 11, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of the Crow Cougars by a score of 74-71. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (59), the Lakers still had to take the loss.

Triangle Lake is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points per game. As for Crow, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-10.

Triangle Lake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 74-71 loss against Crow/City First Christian Academy on the 23rd. Crow has also already played their next game, a 67-29 defeat against Willamette Valley Christian on the 24th.
