After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Paulding, Lincolnview was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Jefferson Wildcats as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Lancers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lincolnview took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11, 25-11.

Lincolnview's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Beth Hughes led the charge by getting ten digs and six aces. That's the most aces Hughes has posted since back in August. Another player making a difference was Makynlee Dickinson, who had 12 digs and five aces.

They weren't the only good server: Lincolnview was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Jefferson only served one ace.

Lincolnview's record now sits at 10-5. As for Jefferson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.
