With a playoff win on the line, Waukesha West rose to the challenge on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 56-42 victory over the Burlington Demons. This was payback for the Wolverines, who suffered a 46-36 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The win made it two in a row for Waukesha West and bumps their season record up to 11-12. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points over those games. As for Burlington, they moved to 12-14 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
