Basketball Recap: East Sac County Comes Up Short

East Sac County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire Titans an easy 55-35 victory. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Titans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

East Sac County now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-4.

East Sac County will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Southeast Valley at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Okoboji at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
