Andrew Jackson Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Hayden McClung, who went 10-for-15 en route to 23 points. That's the most points McClung has posted since back in December of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Vashahd Schofield, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 17 boards.

Meanwhile, Cathedral Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 40.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 82-51 victory over the Rebels. The Generals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 20 games by 20 points or more this season.

Andrew Jackson Academy's record now sits at 23-8. As for Cathedral Academy, their record now sits at 28-12.
