Elliott Plum put up the most strikeouts he's had over his last three contests on Wednesday. He struck out four batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.
