Basketball Recap: Aiden Burch's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Holy Savior Menard over Glenmora

Holy Savior Menard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 69-58 to the Glenmora Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 72-57 back in December of 2024.

Holy Savior Menard lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Aiden Burch, who posted eight points along with 12 rebounds and three steals. Peyton Procell was another key player, putting up ten points and five boards.

Even though they lost, Holy Savior Menard was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Holy Savior Menard's defeat dropped their record down to 7-24. As for Glenmora, the victory got them back to even at 16-16.
