North Putnam Gets a Boost from Kramer in 49-28 Loss
Starting off the list is North Putnam's Christian Kramer, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Kramer rushed for 215 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 165 yards and a touchdown. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last five games he's played dating back to last season.
Kramer must have Greencastle's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Kramer saw the Tiger Cubs), he rushed for 130 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 205 yards and a touchdown.

Wyatt Mullin Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, South Putnam got the W thanks in part to Wyatt Mullin playing the best football he has all season. Mullin rushed for 102 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 159 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 passes. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Cloverdale had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Mullin it was a similar story. Back in August of 2023 (the last time Mullin saw the Clovers), he threw for 193 yards and two touchdowns while completing 81.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown.

Blake Witt's big game helped extend South Putnam's winning streak to six on Friday. Cloverdale had no answer to Witt as he made a tackle.

Wyatt Switzer was instrumental in extending South Putnam's winning streak to six on Friday. Switzer did his part (and then some), making five total tackles (2.0 for loss) for the 'W'.

Jacob Dewey Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Rounding off our Top Five is Jacob Dewey of West Vigo. Dewey rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (101) per game. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 112 rushing yards dating back to last season.
On the season, Dewey has run in 10 touchdowns while averaging 101 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after nine games last season, he was only averaging 44.33 rushing yards per game.
