Ironwood's game  on Wednesday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  a  15-0 margin over the Westview Knights. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their two-run performance the  matchup before.
 Lane Stilwell and  Michael Escalera were a major factor no matter where they played. On the mound,  Stilwell   tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits.  In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Brice Coleman, who  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances. The dominant performance gave  him a new career-high in  runs. The team also got some help courtesy of  Bo Coleman, who  went 1-for-3 with three  RBI.
 Ironwood  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .613. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Westview only posted  an  OBP of  .200.
The  win snapped Ironwood's losing streak at seven games  dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-1 record. As for Westview, they now  have a losing record of 1-2.
 Ironwood has already played their next game,  a  12-10  loss against Fairfax on the 27th. As for Westview, they will challenge South Mountain at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday.
