Volleyball Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Chisholm Trail Rangers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Chisholm Trail, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Coincidentally, Trinity and Chisholm Trail will both be playing Granbury the next time they take the court. The Trojans will head out to face the Pirates at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Rangers will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
