Basketball Recap: School of the Future Comes Up Short

School of the Future was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 74-47 loss at the hands of Baruch College. School of the Future was probably out for revenge after losing 75-58 to them when the teams met back in February, then they'll just have to keep looking.

School of the Future's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Baruch College, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, School of the Future and American Sign Language & English will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 4:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025. One thing working in American Sign Language & English's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games. As for Baruch College, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Roosevelt at 6:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Roosevelt will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Baruch College surely won't give up without a fight.
