Volleyball Recap: Lorain Titans vs. Strongsville Mustangs

After flying high against Brush on Saturday, Lorain came back down to earth. The Titans lost 3-0 to the Strongsville Mustangs on Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-21, 25-6.

Ci'Ana Armelin paced Lorain's offense, picking up eight kills. Armelin got some help from Ava Miller and her five assists. Miller was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Leading Strongsville to victory were Ella O'Malley and Gianna Grecol. O'Malley had nine digs and three aces, while Grecol had 23 assists and six digs. That's the most aces O'Malley has posted since back in October of 2024.

Lorain's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Strongsville, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.
