Softball Recap: Wilson Comes Up Short

Wilson and Midlothian Heritage squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Wilson had to settle for second. They came up short against the Jaguars, falling 13-0. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Wildcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

The loss snapped Wilson's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 21-7 record. As for Midlothian Heritage, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 20 of their last 21 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-7 record this season.
