            The Front Range Christian Falcons will head out on the road to  square off against  the Evangel Christian Academy Eagles  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Front Range Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.6  runs per game  this season.
Last Saturday, Front Range Christian beat St. Mary's 8-3. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Falcons.

 Haedan Morton made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out nine batters over  5.1 innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   three  hits. He is becoming a predictor of Front Range Christian's success: when he allows at  most two  earned runs the team is 3-1 (and 1-3 when he doesn't). Morton was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Morton is  crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: he's   snagged at least one every time he's  taken the field this season.
 In other batting news,  Jake Dreiling was  excellent,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.  Landon Deza was another key player,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4.
 Front Range Christian  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. They are 3-1 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
 Meanwhile, the third road  contest was the charm for Evangel Christian Academy, as they earned their first away  win of the season. They put the hurt on Custer County with a sharp  19-4 victory on Monday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by 11  runs or more this season.
 The  win was their first  on the road , bumping their record up to 4-2. As for Front Range Christian,  the  victory  got them back to even at 4-4.
 Front Range Christian might still be hurting after the  13-4 loss they got from Evangel Christian Academy  when the teams last played  back in March of 2023. Can the Falcons avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
