Volleyball Game Preview: Hillgrove Hawks vs. Etowah Eagles + Official Tickets

The Hillgrove Hawks will challenge the Etowah Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Hillgrove is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Harrison just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Saturday. They came up short against the Hoyas, falling 3-0.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Nasreen Zelaya-Salimi, who had ten digs and two aces. Josalyn Bettis was another key player, getting eight digs and seven assists.

Meanwhile, Etowah was able to grind out a solid win over North Paulding on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.

Etowah has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-10 record this season. As for Hillgrove, they now have a losing record of 17-18.
